Zoo day!

It is finally beautiful out! So, we decided to go to the zoo! Cousin Eliana, Auntie Laurie and my friend Ainsley and her mommy came with us. We had a great day!

This was right before bedtime. She was watching me get her bottle ready and Jason was teasing her. She wasn't too happy!

Growing and Growing...

Mommy picked me up from daycare early today to go to the doctor.  It was time for my one year check up. My doctor said that I was growing beautifully! I weigh 20 pounds-33rd percentile. I am in the 80th percentile for height and 50% for head circumference. I got three shots and my finger poked so they could take some blood. I did great with the finger poke, but the shots made me a little sad. My white blood count and hemoglobin were great. I don't have to go back until I am 15 months old. Unfortunatley, I do have to go see an eye doctor because my clogged tear duct hasn't corrected itself. My doctor said that it usually doesn't correct itself after 1 year of age. So, I may have to have a little laser surgery. I will keep you posted.

It's my Birthday!!!!

Can you believe I turned one on April 14th??? Mommy and daddy sure can't!

I have learned so many things this past year. I can say, "mama" and "dadda" as well as "bye bye." I also know what lots of words mean like; outside, Ruby, no, sit down, socks, kids, kiss, and baby. My favorite toys are balls. I love to throw them around the room. I also really love to climb on everything!

I went out to dinner at Culvers the day after my Birthday. We met Grandpa Bruce, Grandma Linda and Grandma Joyce there. They drove all the way from Milwaukee to celebrate my Birthday with me. How cool is that? I also got to meet my Great Great Uncle Arnie and Aunt Carol. They bought me a special singing Birthday bear!!

Trip to Wisconsin!

We took a trip to Wisconsin last weekend for Cynrae's 7th Birthday. How can she be 7 already?? She is growing up so fast! We all had a great time, but it always goes by too fast.
